Happy Late Thanksgiving by KaleiC Happy Late Thanksgiving by KaleiC
Finished as promised! This is going to a friend in Taiwan, so to speak. Did a little experiment here and inked the original pencil drawing entirely in photoshop.

I hope it doesn't look too awkward or different from my usual stuff, but I'm definitely liking the increased convenience of not having to ink/erase/re-ink the work before it's finished.

So now that it's almost Christmas, Happy Thanksgiving! XD

That looks awesome! I've been doing more "inking" in Photoshop myself, and it really is a huge time saver. You end up with much smoother lines at large sizes, and if you spend some extra time on it, you can end up with something almost as crisp and detailed as it would look in real ink.

I still like drawing by hand for the original sketch, though. Call me nostalgic, but I think I'll always prefer putting my art down on actual paper with a real pencil... but the digital inking is an amazing convenience. Great job with yours. ^_^

Once again, your details are breathtaking. But I adore how even though the dragon has a terrifying appeal, his pose is casual. Sitting, eating rice.
