Ahh man I cannot do this guy justice in my style! His hair is so... Freakazoidish, as ~Shouathra would say.
Vlad Plasmius, hands down my favorite villain from DP. I thought I had a handle on just how insane this guy was but "Kindred Spirits" really blew me out of the water on that notion. Major kudos to Mr. Butch Hartman for making such an amazingly evil and downright creepy villain!
