Description

Started out as just a dragon sketch, but I decided to steer it more towards the description of the Blue Tail Fisher from 's OP fic. I've done a pic of em before, changed the appearance slightly. The coloring took quite a while but I'm pleased with how it turned out. The lineart version of this is in scraps.
